UPS Express Second Day Delivery is available for only $25. Shipping times are 2 business days.
FedEx Overnight Shipping can be selected for a rate of $35. Shipping times are 1-2 business days. Overnight service is only guaranteed for west coast states. All other addresses may take up to two business days.
UPS International Economy delivery can be selected for a rate of $75. Contact customer service for an estimated delivery time. Local duties and taxes are to be covered by the recipient.
US Postal Service delivery can be selected at no cost. Shipping times are 1-2 weeks business days.
We will offer a full refund for purchased merchandise, less any applicable shipping fees, for products returned in sellable condition within 30 days of purchase. Purchases made from October 30th and December 25th, may be returned through January 8 of the following year or 30 days from the purchase date. Qualified returns must include original boxes, warranties, and sales receipts. All sales are final on special orders, personalized and/or engraved merchandise. Jewelry should be returned to the address listed on this page.
All Heartson merchandise has a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
